(Watford City, ND) -- Governor Burgum has announced the state's 2023 Main Street Awards winners which recognizes the outstanding contributions to cities and towns across the state.
The Workforce Award was earned by the City of Baldwin for its sustainable food system and McKenzie County Tourism for its online training program.
The cities of Minot and Grand Forks were acknowledged for smart infrastructure and healthy communities and the Main Street Excellence Award winners were the New Rockford Area Betterment Corporation and Dickinson Legacy Square.
