(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck man accused of secretly recording women at a Bismarck gym has pleaded guilty to surreptitious intrusion.
Police say former Planet Fitness employee Layton Kessler installed a hidden camera in the gym's tanning booth, and the device was discovered by a woman last August.
Police were called, and Kessler was arrested after a review of the camera's SD card allegedly revealed videos of nude women in the booth.
His sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
