(Minot, ND) -- Minot State University's president has requested an outside investigation into Athletic Director Kevin Forde, who resigned last Friday.

The state's attorney general's office is now looking into reports of unwanted touching of fellow employees. Forde is also accused of holding male and female coaches and employees to differing standards of conduct. Kevin Harmon, the school's vice president of Student Affairs, is currently serving as interim athletic director.

Harmon served as interim athletic director before Forde was hired.
