Additional charges filed against Ian Cramer in incident prior to fatal crash

(Bismarck, ND) -- Additional charges have been filed against Ian Cramer for an incident at the Sanford Health Emergency Room in Bismarck, which proceeded from the police chase that ended with the death of a Mercer County Deputy.

Authorities say Cramer entered the driver's seat of an SUV his mother was driving, and reversed it through a metal overhead door of the emergency room's ambulance garage. Authorities say Cramer caused more than $12,000 in damages to the ambulance garage.
