North Dakota ranks number two for binge drinking

(Fargo, ND) -- A recent study released by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota shows people living in the state love to drink, maybe a bit too much.

According to the study, North Dakota has the second-highest rate of binge drinking out of all states in the U.S.

Wisconsin topped the list at number-one.

While the study shows a decrease in smoking among North Dakotans, it also shows a problematic increase in vaping in recent years as well.
