(Bismarck ,ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is handing out $20 gas cards to any first-time donors to his presidential campaign.

The effort returns as Governor Burgum needs to hit the donor requirement for the third presidential debate. He needs at least 70,000 individual donors to get to the stage. Burgum will also need to need to reach four percent approval in two national polls, or in one national poll and two polls from early voting states like Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada.

The next GOP Presidential Debate is taking place in Miami on November 8th.
