(Fargo, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum has another hill to climb to get a spot on the stage in the second Republican debate.
That is scheduled for September 27th at the Reagan Presidential Library in Southern California.
To qualify, candidates need 50-thousand individual donations.
They also need at least three-percent in two national polls or in one national poll and one poll from two of the early primary states, which are Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and South Carolina.
