(Minot, ND) -- Regina Goodale and Mathew Anderson await sentencing after a jury found both guilty on felony charges for their roles in the fatal February, 2022 shooting of Regina's husband, Wade Goodale.
Prosecutors say Anderson was convicted of murder. Goodale was found guilty of accomplice to murder. Anderson, who was romantically involved with Regina Goodale, shot Wade Goodale while the victim was sitting in a parked vehicle. He died at the hospital a short time later. Anderson was taken into custody immediately after the shooting. Regina Goodale was arrested in June, 2022.
A sentencing hearing is pending in the case.
