(Bismarck, ND) -- A federal complaint has been filed over racist taunts at a Bismarck High School Basketball game.

The parents of two Native American students filed the discrimination complaint with the U.S Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. The filing comes after an incident on January 31st, when the two boys were taunted during a game between Bismarck High School and Jamestown High School. A handful of students were suspended after the incident, but parents are looking for a broader response, including a zero-tolerance policy.
