(Minot, ND) -- The man accused of the deadly shooting at a Minot nightclub has made his first appearance in court.
Travis McDermott was arrested at the bar on North Broadway early Sunday morning.
He was originally charged with reckless endangerment but now faces a manslaughter charge.
One man died in the shooting.
At yesterday's hearing McDermott's bond was set at $500 thousand. .
He's being represented by a public defender.
