(Bismarck, ND) -- Despite the failure of the Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, the president and CEO of the North Dakota Bankers Association says the U.S. banking system is sound.
Rick Clayburgh says the failures are isolated.
He also says depositors in North Dakota should be confident because banks in the state are safe and deposits are well-protected.
This after Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank went under late last week.
