North Dakota Senator expresses concerns about illegal Northern Border crossings

(Washington, DC) -- North Dakota U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer is expressing concern about increasing illegal crossings at the country's northern border.

Cramer says more needs to be done to deal with illegal immigration, along with helping people seeking asylum.

He says the increase in illegal crossings could be because some COVID restrictions have been lifted, but that more data is needed.

Cramer adds that his goal is to up funding for customs and border protections, and for the use of drone technology.
