(Bismarck, ND) --  A man is in custody linked to yesterday's shelter-in-place incident at the University of Mary in Bismarck.

Police say officers arrested 19-year-old Chase Hoechst shortly after 1:30 p.m. during an investigation of a potential bomb threat on campus. He remains in custody at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center. Charges are pending. Campus officials say the lockdown was canceled shortly after Hoechst was taken into custody.

An investigation is still ongoing at this time.
