Troopers a pickup truck crossed the median and struck an oncoming semi with a trailer. The driver and passenger of the pickup, who were not wearing seatbelts, ejected from the vehicle. The driver and passenger were taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the semi was not hurt in the incident.
