(Harvey, ND) -- The driver of a semi was hurt in a crash with a train near Harvey, ND.
Troopers say 65-year old Rodney Lund of Annamoose failed to come to a complete stop at a marked railroad intersection and was struck by a train. He suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Sanford in Bismarck.
Charges against Lund are currently pending.
