(Minot, ND) -- A woman accused of killing a Minot man has pleaded not guilty.
24-year-old Heather Hoffman waived her preliminary hearing Wednesday. Hoffman is facing felony murder charges in the shooting of 22-year-old Alexander Eckert back in April. She remains in custody on a 500-thousand-dollar bond.
Hoffman will be back in court in late August where she could face life in prison without parole, if convicted.
