(Bismarck, ND) -- A new survey indicates that President Biden's newest student loan proposal would wipe out 38-percent of North Dakotans' student debt.

Biden is proposing a plan to forgive all student debt ten-thousand dollars or less across the country. A survey on the website School Authority provides the results of data collected from the U.S. Department of Education.

The survey finds that North Dakota would rank number eight on a list of states most helped by Biden's proposal.
