(Fargo, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is headed to the northeastern part of the state Monday to survey flooding in the area.

The governor and other state officials are meeting with local leaders from Grafton and Cavalier to assess the impact of recent flooding. Additionally, officials will be assessing the local and statewide response to the recent flooding.
