(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley is suing Glasser Images and its owner Jack Glasser.
Glasser is accused of defrauding customers and subcontractors in several states, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Colorado.
An investigation into the business began in October 2021 after Glasser Images suddenly closed and put up a notice that it wouldn't provide refunds. The office has received over 530 complaints that include claims of more than one-point-four million dollars.
