Minot to resume pay to park

(Minot, ND) -- There is no longer free parking in downtown Minot.

The city's two parking structures are set to resume charging for entry today after a two-week break. The city council voted to suspend parking payments through the end of the month on April 18th in order to get vehicles off the road and make the job of clearing the streets easier.

Those still in the parking structures without a permit are being advised to move their vehicles before the gates go back into effect Monday morning.
