(Bismarck, ND) -- A man accused of pointing a toy gun at a Bismarck police officer made his first court appearance last Friday.
Joseph Williams is charged with terrorizing and physical obstruction of a government function for allegedly pointing the toy weapon at the officer while playing outside with his children.
His bond is set at 750-dollars cash.
