Bismarck man charged with terrorism is out on bail

(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck man accused of pointing a gun at a police officer is facing charges.

Court officials say 42-year-old Joseph Williams is charged with terrorizing and physical obstruction of a government function yesterday. Williams claims he was playing with his kids and pointed a toy gun at an unmarked police car. 

Williams is currently out on bail. A court date for Williams is pending.
