Bismarck Police charge and arrest suspect for terrorizing

(Bismarck, ND) -- The Bismarck Police Department say a man is in custody after officers say a gun was pointed at an unmarked squad car.

Officials say forty-two-year-old Joseph Williams of Bismarck pointed what appeared to be a gun at an officer. Officers followed Williams to his home in the 2100 block of East Rosser Avenue, learned the gun was fake, and subsequently arrested.

Williams faces terrorism charges.
