(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck man is under arrest in connection with a deadly shooting at an apartment complex.
Police say a 22-year-old man was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound Wednesday morning in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 27-hundred block of Stevens Street.
Investigators say a witness identified 26-year-old Kyle Riley as the shooter. Riley was picked up Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop.
