(Bismarck, ND) -- Glasser Images will have to pay damages to PayJunction.
The photography company is being ordered by a federal judge to pay the card payment processing system nearly one-million dollars. PayJunction filed a lawsuit in November 2021 claiming Glasser Images had 720-thousand dollars in "unresolved chargeback liability."
The amount ballooned to 900-thousand after Glasser Images didn't dispute those claims in a timely manner.
