(Bismarck, ND) -- Public comment is open on Xcel's proposed natural gas rate increase.
Xcel is looking to raise rates more than ten-percent. North Dakota's Public Service Commission is holding two online public input sessions February 2nd.
The first session begins at noon, with the other starting at 5:30 p.m.
