(Bismarck, ND) -- Submissions are being accepted for the "If I Were Mayor" essay contest. The contest is for 3rd and 7th graders statewide who are either students in North Dakota schools or home schools. The North Dakota League of Cities is sponsoring the statewide contest with winners announced in April. The deadline to enter is March 15th and information is available on the North Dakota League of Cities website NDLC-dot-org.
