Representative Rick Becker to announce upcoming retirement

(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Representative Rick Becker says he will be retiring at the end of the year.

Becker made the announcement on his television show Wednesday. He is expected to make a formal announcement Thursday.

Becker has served in the state House since 2013.
