(Bismarck, ND) -- A local man awaits sentencing after he pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of vehicular homicide in a Bismarck courtroom. Court officials say 19-year-old Kenyon Eagle admitted to driving the wrong way on Bismarck Expressway hours before dawn last year on New Year's Day, causing a head-on collision that left 24-year-old motorist Tiffany Shaving dead and two of her passengers injured. Prosecutors say Eagle's blood-alcohol content was well over the legal limit. Sentencing in the case is pending.
