(Bismarck, ND) -- The New Dickinson City Hall has a date for its grand opening.
January 24th, the new city offices will be up and running at the former American Bank Center. The building's been standing since the early 19-hundreds and has been completely renovated and updated.
The old city hall, meanwhile, is up for sale.
