(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol says now is the time to arrange for a sober ride over the New Year's weekend. Officials today say troopers will be out all weekend looking to take impaired drivers off the road. To help drivers find a safe ride home the state is making ten-dollar-vouchers for Lyft available.
