Glasser Images owner publicly apologizes for 'upheaval and damage'

(Bismarck, ND)  -- The owner of the now closed Bismarck photography company is issuing an apology to its customers. 

Jack Glasser of Glasser Images posted the apology on Facebook, directing it towards the "hundreds of people" who were impacted by the sudden closure the business who were unable to get a refund.

In the post, Glasser says he was "ill-prepared" for the effect of the pandemic on his business.

He also details working to complete the unfinished pictures and videos. "Unfortunately, this process takes time, and I am unable to give definitive dates on when this will be accomplished," said Jack Glasser in the apology, "I can only promise that I will get it done." 

Glasser also says he is fully cooperating with the North Dakota Attorney General's Office's investigation into the closure.
