(Minot, ND) -- Minot Air Force Base is loosening restrictions for vaccinated personnel as it moves to health protocol level HPCON Bravo.

Vaccinated personnel will now be allowed in restaurants, bars, and theaters and will not have to wear face coverings on base unless Ward County is listed as a "substantial" or "high" transmission area. Masks will not be required in the Fitness Center or at off-base facilities and rooms can resume 75-percent of posted capacity.

Unvaccinated personnel must wear masks on and off base, including in the Fitness Center and can only use take-out at restaurants with no access to bars.
