ND lawmaker banned from flight after incident with Minot TSA agent

(Minot, ND) -- Allegiant Air isn't commenting after a North Dakota lawmaker was barred from boarding one of their flights.  

State Representative Jeff Hoverson says he reacted reflexively when a TSA agent put his hand inside the front pocket of a hoodie he was wearing Monday. Hoverson says the agent informed him of the move but didn't ask permission, so the lawmaker moved the agent's hand away.  

The lawmaker says supervisors were called in and he and his wife were asked to leave, which they did peacefully.
