(Bismarck, ND) -- The failed Glasser Images photography firm is being subpoenaed by North Dakota's Attorney General.
Investigators are looking for documents related to non-refunded payments to customers. The company closed suddenly earlier this month, posting an apology and saying refunds would not be given.
More than 500 complaints have been lodged against the company from customers in North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, and other states.
