(Bismarck, ND) -- U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer has announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration awarded the following three grants totaling $639,414:
- $377,830 to North Dakota State University
- $261,584 to North Dakota Public Service Commission
The funds for NDSU will promote safety of gas gathering pipelines, while the money towards the North Dakota Public Service Commission will support state pipeline safety programs and improve the One-Call notification systems, which serves as a pipeline safety program.
