(Bismarck, ND) -- The Bismarck City Council is dropping the minimum age for a piercing to 14.
The city council passed a new ordinance Tuesday, lowering the minimum age. Bismarck businesses are supportive of the change.
The council coordinated with Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health when drafting the ordinance.
