(Fargo, ND) -- A North Dakota district court judge is facing a DUI charge. Police say 52-year-old Cherie Clark hit two parked cars in downtown Fargo Saturday night near the corner of First Avenue North and Broadway. Authorities say Clark failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence. She was appointed to the bench in 2017.
