ND National Guard Observing 20th Year Since 9/11 Attacks

(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota National Guard is marking 20 years since the 9/11 terrorist attacks.  

Guard members will conduct a public ceremony Saturday at the Memorial to the Fallen in the Global War on Terrorism near the entrance to Fraine Barracks in Bismarck. Governor Doug Burgum, U.S. Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer, and several National Guard officials will speak at the event.  

Those attending are encouraged to wear masks and observe social distancing.
