9/11 Memorial Taking Place In International Peace Garden Saturday

(International Peace Garden)  --  The International Peace Garden is preparing to hold a memorial to mark 20 years since the 9/11 terror attacks.  

The free event will take place late Saturday morning on the grounds of the garden.  Speakers will include Manitoba Premier Kelvin Goertzen and members of North Dakota's congressional delegation and state legislature.

 The Annie's House program director will also speak.  Annie's House is named after North Dakotan Ann Nicole Nelson who was killed in the attacks.
