(Minot, ND) -- The Minot City Council has begun reviewing a budget blueprint for the next fiscal year that adds a few staffers but avoids a tax increase.
The proposal adds two more 911 dispatchers, a computer forensics technician for the police department, a plumbing inspector and a mechanic. The council will hear from the public at the next reading of the budget at its next meeting.
The final budget must be approved by October 7th.
