Improvements Planned At International Peace Garden

(Bismark, ND)  --  Improvements are being planned at the International Peace Garden located near the North Dakota-Canada border.

Governor Doug Burgum and Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister announced joint funding yesterday for infrastructure and facilities development at the garden.  Manitoba will be providing seven-and-a-half million dollars which will match funds provided by North Dakota for the improvements.

North Dakota's funding comes from a one-time allocation, a loan from the Bank of North Dakota, and federal COVID-19 aid.
