(Bismarck, ND) -- A controversial video of a Bismarck arrest is prompting an internal investigation.
The arrest was caught on home security video early Sunday morning and allegedly shows foul language and an officer asking the suspect if he wants to fight. The arrest resulted from a man allegedly riding a longboard on State Street in the southbound lane of State Street, which is illegal.
Video shows 32-year-old Seth Voegele struggling with police while they are handcuffing him as he is taken into custody on suspicion of preventing arrest.
