(Halliday, ND) -- Wheat harvest is continuing in North Dakota.
The USDA says nearly half of the state's spring wheat crop has been harvested. Yields for many farmers are below average because of persistent drought conditions.
Farmers say they are grateful to have a harvest at all because of the heat and lack of rain.
