North Dakota Oil Output Flat, State Lacks Fracking Crews

(Bismarck, ND)  --  Oil officials say the industry is flat in North Dakota because of a lack of crews to frack wells.  Workers for fracking crews are in short supply in the state as the state experiences a workforce shortage.  State Mineral Resources Director Lynn Helms says eight crews are operating in the state currently.  Helms says typically at least 20 crews would be working in the state at today's oil prices.
