(Williston, ND) -- An appeal has been denied in a manslaughter case out of Williston.
The North Dakota Supreme Court is upholding the conviction of Justin Crites in the death of Jay LePage in 2019.
Authorities say Crites hit LePage outside of the bar and LePage fell and hit his head on the cement. He later died.
