(Minot, ND) -- An Alabama man is facing indictment in Minot on a federal drug-distribution charge. Court officials say 25-year-old Gerrod Brian Abram Junior, of Madison, Alabama, was arraigned in U.S. District Court yesterday on a charge of possession with intent to deliver three thousand fentanyl pills in Minot in mid-February. Authorities say the charge was originally filed by the state, before being transferred to federal court.
