(Minot, ND) -- North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem is issuing two opinions when it comes to a citizen request to review the actions of the North Prairie Regional Water District.
In the first opinion, Stenehjem disagreed with a citizen who claimed they were not given proper notice of a meeting held on January 21st.
The second opinion says the district did not provide proper notice for a meeting in March.
