(Grand Forks, ND) -- A Grand Forks man is accused of kidnapping a young girl. Police say 52-year-old Robert Burr forced the victim into his vehicle yesterday afternoon in the 900-block of Belmont Road. The girl was found unharmed a short distance away from where the abduction happened. Burr was arrested without incident and faces one count of kidnapping.
