No Wolf Hunting Season in MN Until 2022

(St. Paul, MN)  --  Wolf hunting in Minnesota will have to wait another year.  On Wednesday, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources said it won't consider holding a wolf hunting or trapping season until at least 2022.  In a statement, Department officials said it's taking longer than expected to update its wolf management plan, but they did not offer any details as to why.  MDNR expects to have the plan completed by March.
